What happens to the items you remove?
We recycle and rehome as much as possible. Usable furniture and household items are donated to Tyneside charities wherever we can, green waste goes for composting, hardcore goes to an aggregate recycler, and only genuine rubbish goes to landfill. You get a waste transfer note confirming everything was disposed of legally.
Do I need to be there on the day?
No. If you cannot attend, we can collect keys from a letting agent, neighbour or family member, and send before-and-after photos so you can see the job was completed properly.

Yes. We operate under a full Environment Agency waste carrier licence, and every job comes with a waste transfer note for your records, which is particularly important for letting agents and solicitors handling probate.

Yes. A sofa, fridge, mattress or other single item can usually be collected within 48 hours, at a fixed price agreed before we set off — you do not need a full house clearance to use us.
